When you book, we collect the name, email, phone number, optional message and any reference photo you upload. We process these solely to manage your appointment.

4. Retention

Booking data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet any legal retention obligations, then deleted.

We use only essential cookies (e.g. to remember your language). No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

6. Third parties

We embed Google Maps on the contact section, loaded only after your consent. Emails confirming bookings are sent via our email provider. No data is sold.
